Q and Form 10-QSB, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof could not
be filed within the prescribed period.
As a result of unexpected delays in gathering the data necessary to
finalize the financial statements and accompanying notes of the Registrant's
Form 10-QSB, the report on Form 10-QSB could not be timely filed without
unreasonable effort or expense.

The Registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on May 23, 2000, did not
include the required financial statements for the Radical Technology PLC
acquisition. Due to the complexity of that transaction, the Registrant's
accountants along with Radical Technology PIC's accountants are continuing their
review of such financials at this time and expect to have the required
financials filed shortly.

from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the
earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?

In the prior year's comparative period, Registrant had nominal assets and
no business operations. Since such time, Registrant acquired an operating
company with significant cash, liquid securities and books and records of
account. As a result, a significant change in results of operations for the last
fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the
report on Form 10-QSB.
