PART III - NARRATIVE
The Company received notification, on September 16, 1996,
from its auditor, Robert Moe & Associates, P.S., that it
would be unable to audit the financial statements of the
Company for the year ending June 30, 1996 as a result of
retirement of staff and reassignment of duties. Williams &
Webster, P.S., Certified Public Accountants, have been
engaged to prepare the audit for the year ending June 30,
1996. As a result of the recent change in auditors, the
audited financial statements have not been completed.
Consequently the Company is unable to complete the financial
statements for the current Form 10-Q. The Company
anticipates that the audited financial statements will be
completed by November 17, 1996 and the current Form 10-Q
will be completed by November 25, 1996.
