PART III - NARRATIVE
The Company received notification, on September 16, 1996,
from its auditor, Robert Moe & Associates, P.S., that it
would be unable to audit the financial statements of the
Company for the year ending June 30, 1996 as a result of
retirement of staff and reassignment of duties. Williams &
Webster, P.S., Certified Public Accountants, have been
engaged to prepare the audit for the year ending June 30,
1996. As a result of the recent change in auditors, it is
not possible to complete the audit by September 28, 1996.
The Company anticipates that the audit will be completed by
October 13, 1996.
