11-K, 20-F 10-Q, 10-QSB, N-SAR or the transition report portion thereof, could
not be filed within the prescribed time period.
The quarterly report of the registrant on Form 10-QSB could not be filed
because of delays resulting from recent personnel changes at the registrant.
Specifically, the former manager of the registrant terminated employment
shortly after the end of the period covered by the report and more time is
required to complete the accounting information to be included in the report.
