The Issuer has no physical properties. The Structured Asset Securities
Corporation, Series 1995-2 securities represent in the aggregate the
entire beneficial ownership interest in a trust consisting primarily of
two pools of adjustable rate, fully amortizing, conventional, first lien
residential mortgage loans. We will furnish an Annual Statement of
Compliance delivered by the Mortgage Servicer to the Trustee with respect
to each Mortgage Servicer in the series.
