the prescribed time period.
The Registrant considered changing accountants and interviewed several
accounting firms. While this process was underway, the Registrant deferred
delivery of its financial statements to any outside accounting firm. Although
the Registrant ultimately determined to retain the same accountants, the delay
prevented the accountants from completing the financial statements on a timely
basis.
