(a) The filing persons in the aggregate beneficially own 3,369,609.24
shares.
(b) The aggregate shares owned constitute 8.99% of the class.
(c) Mr. Vamvakas has sole power to vote or to direct the vote of
2,335,852.24 of the shares and sole power to dispose or to direct
the disposition of 2,869,125.24 of the shares.
WWJD Corporation has shared power to vote or to direct the vote of
1,749,516 of the shares and shared power to dispose or to direct the
disposition of 1,749,516 of the shares. The Vamvakas Family Trust
owns 100% of the outstanding capital stock of WWJD Corporation. Mr.
Vamvakas, Nancy Vamvakas and Antonio Vamvakas are the trustees of
the Vamvakas Family Trust. The approval of Mr. Vamvakas and one of
the two other trustees is necessary to acquire or dispose of
Vamvakas Family Trust assets.

Insight Corporation has shared power to vote or to direct the vote
of 500,484 of the shares and shared power to dispose or to direct
the disposition of 500,484 of the shares. Mr. Vamvakas is the
beneficial owner of 50.1% of the outstanding capital stock of
Insight Corporation.
(d) Mr. Vamvakas has the right to acquire 533,273 shares.
