The Statement of Additional Information should be amended as
follows:
1. On page B-17, under the heading "Trustees and Officers of
the Fund", an asterisk should be inserted under the caption
"Name and Address" following the name of Gwendolyn H. Baba,
"and Senior Vice President" should be inserted following
Trustee under the caption "Position(s) Held with
Registrant".
2. On page B-19, under the heading "Compensation Table", $3,000
should be deleted under the captions "Aggregate Compensation
from the Fund" and "Total Compensation from Trust and Fund
Complex" following the name Gwendolyn H. Baba.
3. On page B-20, in the first full paragraph under the heading
"Investment Manager", the fourth sentence should be amended
