the prescribed time period.
Due to registrant's integration of its recent acquisition of Musicline AG
and recent staff attrition in its financial department, the registrant has not
been able to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the quarter
ended December 31, 1999 without unreasonable effort or expense.
