Cary Cole beneficially owns a total of 490,500 shares of common
stock through his limited partnership which owns 440,000 shares and
a foundation which owns 50,500 shares. The general partner of the
limited partnership is MC2 Management Group, LLC of which Cary Cole
is the manager.

Cole, Cary beneficially owns 12.7% of CompuRAD, Inc. common stock.
