The Registrant anticipates that net sales for the six months ended October 31,
1997 will be $1,952,000 less than the six months ended October 31, 1996.
However, the registrant expects to report an increase of $13,000 in pretax
profit from $158,000 for the six months ended October 31, 1996 to $171,000 for
the six months ended October 31, 1997.
