The 10-Q Report for the period ending June 30, 2000 could not be filed by
August 14, 2000 without unreasonable effort or expense for the following reason:
On account of the recent illness, hospitalization and extended recovery of the
Company's Chief Financial Officer, additional time is needed to file a complete
and accurate 10-Q.
