* The reporting person received the following pursuant to a merger of Medical
Manager Corporation with Synetic, Inc.: (i) 322,258 shares of Synetic common
stock having a market value of $71.375 per share in exchange for the
surrender of the 515,614 shares of Medical Manager common stock referred to
in Table I, and (ii) by the assumption by Synetic, options to purchase 6,250
shares of Synetic common stock in exchange for options to purchase 10,000
shares of Medical Manager common stock referred to in Table II.
