                  The Company anticipates that it will report a loss from
continuing operations in the six months ended June 30, 2000, compared to an
operating profit in the six months ended June 30, 1999. The Company also
anticipates an operating profit for the three months ended June 30, 2000, which
profit is expected to be less than the profit in the comparable 1999 quarter.
