The Registrant has  encountered  unexpected  difficulties  in compiling  certain
information to be included in the  Registrant's  Form 10-QSB and the information
compiled to date is not complete enough to provide meaningful disclosure.

              The  Registrant  anticipates  reporting a  decreased  loss for the
              quarter and nine months ended  September  30, 1999  primarily as a
              result of increased revenues earned by Avenue Pictures.
