stock distribution from Pittsburgh Investment Group, LLC, of which Mr. Hecht is a
member. Such stock distribution was not reportable pursuant to Rule 16a-9(a) under the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
(2) Shares held by Mr. Hecht and his wife in custodial accounts for two of their minor
children. Mr. Hecht disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares.
(3) Granted under the Company's Non-Employee Director Stock Option Plan.
(4) The options vest in three equal installments on the date of the Company's annual meeting
