The Company hired a new Chief Financial Officer on Tuesday, May 11, 1999,
and, accordingly, the new Chief Financial Officer desires as much time as
possible to review the Company's Form 10-QSB and the disclosures to be
contained therein. The Form 10-QSB will be filed by May 25, 1999.
