INVU, Inc. (the "Company") is currently engaged in negotiating material
amendments to financing documents in connection with obtaining necessary funds
for future operations. The transaction has required the attention of management
and the amended terms of such transaction will require disclosure in the
Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB.

It is anticipated that the Company's operating loss and net loss, for
the six months ended July 31, 2000 will be $976,445 and $1,034,556 respectively,
compared to $542,988 and $570,305, respectively, for the six months ended July
31, 1999. The increase in net loss for the six months ended July 31, 2000 was
due to increases in the cost of the following: selling and distribution,
administration, research and development and production.
