The Company is unable to complete the review of its financial
statements for the quarter ended March 31, 1999 and the Quarterly Report on
Form 10-Q without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company recently moved
its corporate offices and the move has delayed the completion of its quarterly
financial statements.
