(2) The option vests in equal monthly installments of 34 common shares
beginning June 1, 1996. A total of 1,530 shares are fully exercisable as of
February 9, 2000.
(3) The option vests in equal monthly installments of 52 common shares
beginning November 1, 1997. A total of 1,456 shares are fully exercisable
as of February 9, 2000.
(4) The option vests in equal monthly installments of 2,000 common shares
beginning May 20, 2000. No shares have vested as of February 9, 2000.
(5) The option vests in equal monthly installments of 10,000 common shares
