The accounting firm retained by the Company has recently informed the
Company that due to time constraints, it cannot complete the audit process
in a timely fashion and will no longer act as the Company's independent
public accountant. The Company has retained another accounting firm, with
this change to be properly documented in a Form 8-K to be filed.
