The Company has recently hired a new bookkeeper. The Company had some securities
transactions and the company has been attempting to determine the proper method
of valuation for the securities and proper booking procedures for the
transactions. Consequently, the Company will not be able to file its Form 10-QSB
on time without unreasonable effort or expense.
