World Monitor Trust--Series B ('Series B'). The net asset value of an interest
as of April 28, 2000 was $111.85, a decrease of 4.89% from the March 31, 2000
value of $117.60. The year-to-date return for Series B was a decrease of 8.04%
as of April 28, 2000.
The estimated net asset value per interest as of May 17, 2000 was $115.07. Past
performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
