For the three months ended September 30, 2000 the net loss was
approximately $3.6 million as compared with a net loss of
approximately $0.4 million for the three months ended September 30,
1999. For the six months ended September 30, 2000, the net loss was
approximately $5.4 million as compared with a net loss of approximately
$0.7 million for the six months ended September 30, 1999. The net loss
was primarily due to increased operating expenses.
