(1) Interest in a trust under the Will of John T. Dorrance, Sr. renounced by
Mrs. Malone and as a result transferred to a Trust for the benefit of her
children, the trustees of which are her cousins. Mrs. Malone disclaims
beneficial ownership of such shares.
(2) Held as trustee by Mrs. Malone of her Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts
established in 1999.
(3) Held as one of the trustees of trusts under the Will of John T. Dorrance,
Jr. for the benefit of Mrs. Malone's children. Mrs. Malone disclaims
beneficial ownership of such shares.
