Pleasants County of $45 million of its Pollution Control
Revenue Bonds (West Penn Power Company Pleasants Station
Project), 1998 Series D, the proceeds of which will be
used by the Commission to redeem $45 million of Pollution
Control Revenue Bonds (West Penn Power Company Pleasants
Station Project), 1977 Series A.
