State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-K, 11-K, 20-F, 10-Q,
N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within
the prescribed time period.
MediQuik Services, Inc. was not able to file its Form 10-QSB within the
prescribed time period because necessary financial statements are incomplete as
a result of an anticipated closing of a transaction involving the purchase of
approximately 50% of the common stock of MediQuik by a potential investor. This
transaction is anticipated to close the week of August 28, 2000.
