could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets

HYPERBARIC SYSTEMS is requesting this extension because
we only have the services of our Chief Fiancial Officer on a part-time
basis and therefore do not have the resources required to compile the current
quarterly report HYPERBARIC SYSTEMS anticipates the filing of its qtr. no
later than the 5 calendar days from the prescribed due date under the
Securites Exchange Act of 1934.

and amendments thereto must be completed and filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission, Washington, DC 20549, in accordance with Rule 0-3 of
the General Rules and Regulations under the Act. The information contained
