        "The only  legal assistant  at this  law firm  with  responsibility  for
        finalizing registration statements  and reports,  coordinating with  the
        EDGAR filer for  EDGAR conversion  and filing,  was out  of  the  office
        Monday, March 27  through Wednesday,  March 29, due to the  death of her
        mother in Fort Worth, Texas, at 12:05 am on Monday, March 27."
