State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-QSB could not be filed
within the prescribed time period
Last minute resolution of certain billing matters with financial printers as
well as other matters, required last minute changes in the financial statements.
As a result, the quarterly report could not be completed without unreasonable
effort or expense.
The Company intends to file its Form 10-QSB within the next five days.
