PURCHASE COMMON STOCK IN THE OFFERING WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 5:00 P.M. EST ON
SEPTEMBER 30, 1999, UNLESS THE COMPANY SELLS ALL OF THE SHARES OFFERED BEFORE
