For the month of April 2000, Cumulative Losses were added to the Cumulative Loss
Rate line item in Section G of the Monthly Servicing Report. No other
information on the Monthly Servicing Report is affected by this change.
This Amendment No.1 on Form 8-K/A is being filed solely for the
purpose of filing a corrected Exhibit 99.01 which shall replace
Exhibit 99.01 as originally filed on June 8, 2000 on a Form 8-K dated as of
May 25, 2000.
