MAS Acquisition XXIII Corp. for cancellation pursuant to a Contribution
Agreement between MAS Acquisition XXIII and seven subscribers collectively
referred to as Hopkins Capital Group. Aaron Tsai is the control person of
MAS Capital Inc.
