See the following press release dated September 14, 1999, announcing
certain changes in the directors and officers of the Company.
PACIFIC WEBWORKS, INC.
Salt Lake City, Utah - September 14, 1999: Pacific WebWorks, Inc. (OTC: PWEB)
announced today that the following individuals have resigned as officers
and/or directors for personal reasons, effective immediately: Bryan Larsen,
Secretary and Director; Nat Mitchell, Chief Financial Officer.
The Company also announced that the Board appointed Mark Jensen to serve as
Chief Operations Officer and Secretary and Mat Datstrup to serve as Chief
Financial Officer. Their succession will be simultaneous with the effective
resignation date of the above officers.
