Enclosed is the report for the period from April 29, 2000 to May 26, 2000 for
World Monitor Trust II--Series D ('Series D'). The net asset value of an
interest as of May 26, 2000 was $104.50, an increase of 8.45% from the April 28,
2000 value of $96.36. The year-to-date return for Series D, which commenced
trading on March 13, 2000, was an increase of 4.50% as of May 26, 2000.
The estimated net asset value per interest as of June 14, 2000 was $105.22. Past
performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
