McDermott and Thompson Chu Family Trust. The John McDermott Family trust holds
2,000,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock (the "McDermott Shares"). The
Thompson Chu Family Trust holds 6,525,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock
(the "Chu Shares"). Mr. Choi, as trustee, holds sole voting and investment
rights with respect to the McDermott and Chu shares.
