PART III - NARRATIVE
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-KSB, 20-F, 11-K,
10-QSB or N-SAR or the transition report or portion thereof could not be filed
within the prescribed period.
The auditors of Nevtah Capital Management Corporation, a Nevada corporation
(the "Company"), have not timely received copies of the financial statements
from Petroleum Asset Management Corporation ("Pamco") nor Cybersensor.com, Inc.
("Cybersensor"). The Company holds an equity ownership interest of approximately
26% and 24%, respectively, in Pamco and Cybersensor. Therefore, the valuation
and disclosure of such equity ownership interests needs to be included in the
financial statements currently being prepared by the auditors for the Company.
The auditors and legal counsel for the Company are currently engaged in
discussions with management of Pamco and Cybersensor for receipt of such
financial statements. The report on Form 10-QSB will be filed by May 20, 2000.
