for Bidder Communications, Inc. dated 30, September 2000.

We consent to the use in the above mentioned Form 10 of our report dated 26
November 2000 to the Stockholders' of Bidder Communications, Inc. on the
following financial statements:

     Interim statement of financial position as at 30 September 2000 and 31
     December 1999;

     Interim statement of loss and deficit and cash flows and changes in
     stockholders equity for the nine months ended 30 September 2000 and
     from the date of incorporation, 16 November 1999, to 31 December 1999.
