Supplement to the Current Prospectus
During the period August 1, 1995 through August 25, 1995 (the Sales Period)
(unless extended by MFS Fund Distributors, Inc. (MFD), the Fund's
distributor), MFD will pay Prudential Securities, Inc. (Prudential) 100% of
the applicable sales charge on sales of Class A shares of the Fund made by
Prudential during the Sales Period.
