The Application-Declaration in this File No. 70-7946,
as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Item 1. Description of Proposed Transactions.
The information under the heading "Call Provisions" in
Item 1 in Post-Effective Amendment No. 6 is hereby amended to
read in its entirety as follows:
"Call Provisions: Except as described in the next sentence, the
1999 Series Bonds are not redeemable at the
option of the Company. The 1999 Series Bonds
are redeemable at the special redemption
price stated below with certain deposited
cash or the proceeds of released property or
upon certain dispositions of property."
Item 1 is hereby further amended by adding the
following to the end thereof:
"The net proceeds from the sale of the 1999 Series
Bonds will be used to meet $30,000,000 of mandatory
sinking fund payments and $30,000,000 of optional
sinking fund payments due on May 1, 1994 on the
Company's First Mortgage Bonds, 11% Series due 2000."
