The Fund's shareholders have approved the proposed uniform investment
restrictions set forth under "Investment Objective and Policies--Proposed
Uniform Investment Restrictions" in the Fund's Statement of Additional
Information. Consequently, these investment restrictions are now in force,
and the restrictions set forth under "Investment Objective and Policies--
Current Investment Restrictions" in the Fund's Statement of Additional
Information (and any such restrictions repeated in the Fund's Prospectus)
are no longer in force.
In addition, the Fund's shareholders have approved the proposal to
change the Fund's status from a diversified to a non-diversified fund.
Accordingly, the Fund is now subject only to the diversification restrictions
applicable to non-diversified funds, as set forth under "Investment Objective
and Policies--Investment Restrictions--Status Change" in the Fund's
Prospectus.
