The Application-Declaration as previously filed is hereby amended as
follows:
Item 1. Description of Proposed Transaction
The second sentence of the second full paragraph on page 10 of
Amendment No. 8 to the Application-Declaration is deleted and replaced by the
following:
"TVC and the Project Parents request that the Commission
reserve jurisdiction over investments in any projects that do
not gain, or subsequently lose, EWG or FUCO status."
