The Application-Declaration as filed is hereby further amended as follows:
Item 1, Part V ("Obtaining of Services") is revised by adding the
following at the end of Part V on page 15:
No more than two percent of the employees of the Columbia
System's LDCs would render services to TNGV at any one time.
Item 1, Part VI ("Filing of Certificates of Notification') is amended
by adding the following at the end of Part VI on page 16:
(3) Balance sheets and statements of income for TNGV.
