dated February 25, 1994 (the "Order") authorizing transactions as more fully
described in the Application- Declaration as amended (the "Application"), the
undersigned hereby certifies that during the period from October 1, 1994
through December 31, 1994, CG contributed $52 million of installment promissory
notes, short-term debt and accrued interest to CLG.
