On February 20, 1996, Biocontrol Technology, Inc.
(NASDAQ:BICO) announced that its subsidiary, Diasense,
Inc., has issued a 30-day contract cancellation notice
to IMACO Gesellschaft fur Non Invasive Systeme, GmbH.
The contract was for distribution in Germany of the
Diasensor 1000 noninvasive glucose sensor for
diabetics.
