(NASDAQ:BICO) announced that submission of its revised
510(k) premarket notification for its Diasensor 1000
noninvasive glucose sensor for diabetics is proceeding
as planned and will in no way be delayed by the
upcoming hearing to be conducted by the House of
Representatives Subcommittee on Oversight and
Investigations.
