Consolidated Natural Gas Company et al. hereby further amend their
application-declaration under the above file number as follows:
Item 1. Description of Proposed Transaction

The following is added at the end of the third paragraph under
"DESCRIPTION OF CNG/SABINE CENTER'S BUSINESS."
"Such other gas market center services are expected to be activities
so related to the transportation, storage or supply of natural gas as
to satisfy either Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) of the Gas Related
Activities Act of 1990. CNG Energy will make a separate application
under the Act for an authorizing order before engaging in any
additional activities not clearly satisfying such statutory sections."
The text in the section entitled "RULE 24 CERTIFICATES" is restated to
read as follows.
"It is requested that Rule 24 Certificates of Notification be filed
within 60 days after the end of each semi-annual period, commencing
with the semi-annual period ending December 31, 1994. Such
certificates would contain:

(1) a CNGMC balance sheet as of the end of the semi-annual period and
a statement of income and expense for the semi-annual period, and
(2) a narrative discussion of CNGMC sales made and operations
conducted during the semi-annual period."
