Gentlemen:
We were appointed by Continental Investment Corporation on February 21, 1998
as independent certified public accountants to report on the financial
statements for the year ended December 31, 1997.
We have endeavored, with the full cooperation of the Company, to obtain the
necessary information to meet the filing requirements for Form 10-KSB, both

requirements needed to complete and accounting related to the Company's
investment transaction with WasteMasters, Inc. This information has been
received and we are in the process of finalizing the audit.
Very truly yours,
