The Form 10-QSB for the period ended June 30, 2000 was submitted in error on the
filing  deadline of the reports due on November 14, 2000 and was thus  suspended
as a duplicate filing.

   and Regulations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

   thereto  must be  completed  and  filed  with  the  Securities  and  Exchange
   Commission,  Washington,  D.C.  20549,  in  accordance  with  Rule 0-3 of the
