Sufficient information regarding the operations of the Company's
Italian subsidiaries was not received by the Company's financial staff to
permit timely completion of the quarterly report.

The Company expects to report a consolidated loss of Lit.
3,442,000,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 1995, compared to a loss of
Lit. 1,015,000,000 in the prior year due to the introduction of new
production logistics which resulted in higher quality control standards and
delays in initial component deliveries from new suppliers.
